THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW _NO. 1686 A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1975, No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of C-1 assigned to Lot 21, Block 25, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1952 and assigning the Zone Designation of CD (Comprehensive Development) to the said property. 2. —_ The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is further amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to: ° (a) Lot 22, Blocks 24 and 25, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1951, New Westminster District; and, €b) The North 73.15 feet of Lot 20, Blocks 24 and 25, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1951, New Westminster District; and, (c) The South 75 feet of Lot 20, Block 25, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1951, New Westminster District; and assigning the Zone Designation of CD (Comprehensive Development) to the sald property. 3. The: Comprehensive Development Plan entitled "Proposed Grocery Store and Townhouse Apartments Development" prepared by James K.M. Cheng, Architect, and comprising’ complete architectural plans and landscape drawings, and on file in the Office of the City Planner, is deemed to be attached to and form part of this By-law. 4, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port , Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1686".
