THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT
COQUITLAM, a Municipal Corporation,
pursuant to the "Municipal Act", and
having its offices at 2272 McAllister
Avenue, in the City of Port Coquitlam,
in the Province of British Columbia
(hereinafter called the "“Corporation")

ENGELBERT RADLGRUBER, Hardware Merchant,
of 2551 - 2555 Shaughnessy Street, in
the City of Port Coquitlam, in the
Province of British Columbia
(hereinafter called the "Applicant")

OF JHE SECOND PART

WHEREAS the Applicant is the owner in fee simple of
that. certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate lying
and being in the City of Port Coquitlam, Province of British
Columbia, and more particularly known and described as:

Lot 83, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan
New Westminster District

(hereinafter referred to as the "business premises")

AND WHEREAS the Applicant is also the owner in fee
simple of that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate
and lying and being in the City of Port Coquitlam, Province of
British Columbia, and more particularly known and described as:

Lot 84, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan
New Westminster District

(hereinafter referred to as the “parking premises")

AND WHEREAS the Applicant has been using’ the parking

premises for the purpose of providing off-street parking facilities

for the use of the public patronizing the business premises, and
the parking premises are situate within three hundred feet from

the business premises for alternate parking, as is required by the
