Attached hereto please find a print of Drawing No. 209-70 outlining a
proposed 28 lot subdivision on Eastern Drive. The proposed lots meet

the Subdivision of Land By-law in every way with the exception of frontage.
Please accept this memorandum as a request that this be placed on the
Agenda of the next Council meeting for Council's consideration to grant

a Frontage Exempticn in accordance with Section 712 (2) of the Municipal

Act.
