The City Clerk then advised that By-law No. 1385, proposed to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" was available for initial consideration prior to being submitted to a Public Hearing scheduled to be held on June 23rd, 1975. Alderman Laking introduced a By-law to amend the “City of Fort Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918". Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That By-law No. 1385 be read a first time. Carried. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That By-law No. 1385 be read a second time. Carried. Alderman Ranger referred to the proposed designation of property by the City for a mobile home park in the area of the subject rezoning, and he proposed the following motion: Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That a notice be sent out with the Notice of Public Hearing for By- law No. 1305 advising the residents of the location of property proposed by the City to be designated for mobile home park use in that area. Withdrawn. Following the foregoing resolution being proposed, the City Clerk commented that he did not think it advisable to include material with the Notice of Public Hearing that did not refer to that particular project, and suggested that information on the proposed mobile home park could be sent out separately, and Alderman Ranger then agreed to withdraw his /ll.
