agreed to a defence request
for a pre-sentence . in-
vestigation of Zamora’s

The prosecution has
waived the death penalty in
the case, citing the boy’s
age. The charge now carries

aroused his suspicion.

filed against Lynch, who is
described as related by
marriage to one of two
