Our fixed fae to carry ott the work Is $8,000.00, The fee Includes all wages and disbursements.
The Goods and Services tax is extra. Foes and disbursements incurred will be involced monthly

proportional to the work completed and will be payable upon recelpt of Invoices. Upon your
authorization to proceed, we will complete the datalled design for submission to the Ministry in

approximately three weeks. This fee proposal will ba valid until September 15, 1994.

For the preparation of this proposal, we have assumed that any geotechnical design and
Inspection, as well as legal control gurvey works, tf required, will be charged addittonal ta our
proposed fee. This proposal cavers the work up to the submission of racord drawings to the

Ministry City and the Release of the Holdback to the Contractor.

Mr. Thomas Ho, P.Eng,, Vice President of Engineering, will direct the project team throughout
the detalled design and construction period. Mr. Ho has more than ten years of experience In
rounicipal and highway engineering. Ha has recently completed numerous subdivision projects
in the Biverwood area in the City of Port Coquitlam Including the Cominion Street Pump Station
at the Pitt River, Westgate |, Il, and fil subdivisions: ag well as highway projects for tha Ministry
of Transportation and Highways including ths Broadway widening In Burnaby, Ottawa Street and
Lougheed Highway intersection improvemants In Port Coquitiam, and Castlegar Robson Bridge
Approach In Castlegar. Agsisiing Mr. Ho will be Mr. Darrell Axanl, P.Eng., Design Engineer and
Mr. Dale Chaychuk, Design Techniclan. Both Mr. Axanl and Mr. Chaychuk have participated in
the detalied engineering design and construction supervision as well as site inspection for

various resKiential subdivisions In the Riverwood area.
