PC Meeting January 4, 1994 Cont'd The second change is to amend the designation of the foot of Pitt River Road from "Marine Traditional" to "EFarks and Recreation". This piece of land is City owned property and was identified in the Riverfront Area Control Plan (completed in 1992 by consultants for the City) as opened space. While there are no immediate plans by the City to intensively develop this land, the new designation would reflect the City's desire to maintain future points of public access to the river.
