Our problem being that we desperately require the City’s approval tu our Strata Subdivision to get Land Title Registration. We have 24 families waiting to move in on or about June 26, 1993. A‘ter you had polled Mr Jim Maitland Acting City Administrator, and the Mayor, we undeystand that you would require some financial consideration for the described five (5) meters of easement. The provided and agreed formula being 5/36 meters TIMES the original purchase price of $176,800.00 (One Hundred seventy-six thousand Eight Hundred Dollars) which is equal to $24,555.56 (Twenty-five thousand five hundred fifty five dollars and fifty six cents). To assist in the expedient solution to this problem, this letter will confirm our acceptance of this proposal and purchase price of the subject property.
