Alvin Baillie, realtor representing owners of 3591 Woodland behind 3600
Westwood Street, is opposed to the Rezoning Application and feels that the
properties should be developed together. He also mentioned concerns regarding
access to the property and to garbage containers. Mrs. Betty Bell of 3673
Woodland felt that properties on Woodland should sot be developed
commercially. Elsa Lourdes of 3667 Woodland reiterated previous comments.
