SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND USE:

The aforementioned property shall be restricted to the following uses only:

All uses permitted under the CS-2 {Service Station) zone; and,

The foliowing uses permitted under the C-2 (Neighbourhood
Commercial) zone:

Retail sale of goods and personal services providing for daily
shopping needs of local neighbourhood residents; limited,

a. to the sale of groceries, meat, fish, and bakery goods;
and further limited,

b. to a maximum area of 250 m2 (2691 sq. ft.) and no more
than one establishment per property within this CD Zone.
