the opioion of the citizens of Port Coquitlam. We the members of the Port
Coquitlam City Council respectfully request that Canada Post Corporation poll
all members of the community through a questionnaire delivered to each
household in Port Coquitlam. The Council also respectfully request that we
have input and approval of such a questionnaire before it is printed and

delivered.

NEW BUSINESS:

From Alderman Wright regarding the Family Court Committee agenda item
dealing with Suicide Prevention facilities.

Moved by Alderman Wright:
Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That the City write the Honourable Peter Dueck, Minister of Health
indicating Councils support of the Family Court Committee's request that the

Ministry of Health establish hospital and immediate post hospital follow up
counselling facilities in School District #43 area for those youngsters that

are at risk.
