THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 1 of
D.L. 288, Group 1 New Westminster Land District Plan No. 77807 from M~-2 C~2
and CS-l as shown on the proposed plan of subdivision.

And That a restrictive covenant be prepared to restrict the use of the
4 property proposed to be zoned CS-1 to the uses allowed under a C-2 zone.
