Dear Mayor Traboulay,

Further to the recent meeting between yourself, Alderman.
Farnworth, Weldon Haley and myself to discuss the potential for
the "Cansteam, Steam Centre" in Port Coquitlam. Our association
would like to request the opportunity of making a presentation
of our proposal to the full council.

I should perhaps mention that May 23rd through June 2nd our
organization will be actively involved in Steam Expo, and
therefore would not be available to appear before council during

this period. .
