RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council receive the consultants report and

public review and input.

‘COMMENTS:

This. memorandum is being submitted to City Council to provide for official.
receipt of the Coriolis Consultants Industrial Development Strategy report.
Due to nature of the strategy report, commenting on development related

procedures of the City, parts of it have already been carried out.

Following official receipt of the report, copies will be placed in the
library and made available to interested pecple for their comments and

~ participation in the process.
