NOTICE OF VUBL.TC MEARING

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenuc, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, December 14th, 1981 art
7:30 p.m. tu consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the “City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651",

Bylaw No. 1848: co rezone the following property:

(a) Lots 6,7,8,9, and 10, Block 2; District Lot 289, Group

One, Plan 2396, New Westminster District;
(b) Lots 9,10,11,12 and 13 Block 5, District: Lot 289, Group

Oue, Plan 2396, New Westminster Diserict 3.

(c) Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 62823), District Lot 289, Group

One, Plan 2396, New Westminster District;
From RS-1 to RA-3,
This property is located at the Southwest corner of Pitt River
Road and Shaughnessy Street and it is expected chat a 25-unit
townhouse complex will be constructed on the Ptoperty following
completion of the rezoning procedures.
A previous Public Hearing with-respect to this property was
held on Auguse 24th, 1981 and‘this second Public Ucaring is
being held due to a change in che nature of the development
Proposed, including an increase in the number of units from

21 to 25.

A copy of the -proposed Bylaw, and other relevant documents may. be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Nall, at the
address Biven above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p-m., on working)
days, December 2nd, 1981. to December 14th, 1981.

ALL persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed Bylaw shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the Bylaw.
