At the Special Council Meeting held Mey 25, 1981, Cruned]
following reccmmendation:

unanimously adopted the

"THAT attendance at the "Arts in the Community"
Conference to be held in Kamloops, B. C.,
October 1, 2 & 3, 1981 be approved for one member
of Counci) and one member of the Parks and
Recreation Commission".

In addition, Council requested that the School Board be ‘advised
of the Conference and we are pleased to enclose details of the
Cenferance for your information.
