From the City Administrator, July 22nd, 1980 advising receipt of a
request from the Village of Belcarra to include two of their employees
in the City of Port Coquitlam's benefit program.

That as requested by the Village of Belcarra, July 14th, 1980 the
City of Port Coquitlam include two of their employees In the Clty of
Port Coquitlam medical, dental, extended health and wage indemnity

benefit program,

From the City Administrator, July 28th, 1980 advising the portion
of Donald. Street lying between Kingsway and Elgin Street has now been
offiedally closed and title vested in the name of the City of Port
Coquitlam and that the proposed sale to Elgin Management Ltd. at the
rate of $9,00 per square foot has been posted as required and that as no
alternative proposals were received lt will now be fn order to pasaia
resolution authorizing the sale of thia property to Elpin Management
Led., 2255 Elgin Avenue, Porte Coquitiam, B.C. for rhe sum of $71,415.00.

That Parcel "A", Bylaw Plan 59421 of District Lot 279 and 465,
Group 1, Plan 27977, New Westminater District be and the same is hereby
sold to Elgin Management Ltd., 2255 Elgin Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

at or for the sum of $71,415.00;

AND THAT His Wornhip the Nayer and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the necessary deeds, conveyances, or other documents, necessary

for the purpose aforesuid and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

From the City Administrator, July 24th, 1980 advising that the
Chamber of Commerce wish to update the Community Map of School Distritec
No. 43 and have approximately 10,000 maps printed and ask that the City

authorize their share of $2,000.00 be placed in the budget for 1981.
