We therefore wrote a letter to Mr. Chemoff advising him of our letter to
Mr. Brownley and again requesting that the amendment to the Land Use
contract be made to afford greater convenience to the residents.

By return mail we were advised by Mr. Chernoff that he would not be

amenable to such a change in the Land Use contract and we are therefore
appealing his decision to your body as we cannot see the retention of the
enclosure in its present location a major structural alteration and hence,

a major change to the Land Use contract entered into on behalf of the Cwners

by the Developer.

If necessary, we are prepared to appear before your body in order to
review this matter further but trust that this minor consideration will be

considered favourably by yourselves,
