Re: "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498"

Following holding the Zoning Public Hearing on January 3lst, 1977 the
new City Zoning By-law is available for third reading and might we suggest
that this be accomplished by passage of the following resolution:

"That the necessary amendments be made to By-law No. 1498 to provide the
form of By-law presented by the Clerk to the Council this evening;

AND THAT the said By~law No. 1498, as amended, be read a third time."

After the By-law receives third reading, it will be forwarded to the
Departments of Highways and Municipal Affairs for approval and after these
-approvals are received, the By-law will be returned to Council for final
reading.
