In closing this report it should be noted that because of the tremendous
activity within the City in the Public Works § Recreation area the
Engineering Department are constantly playing catch up. I have asked the
administration to consider the situation and suggestions on hcw the
problem could be relieved. I can see this situation worsening as the City

expands.
