the words in the third sentence ‘no area below seven point one
(7.1) metres Geodetic Survey of Canada Datum", the words "except
for the entrance foyer and landing as shown In Drawing Numbers
Aw-2, A~3 and A=-4 by J.J.K. Architecture inc., Issued October 18,
1987".

2. Ail terms and conditions of the Covenant, except as
modifled hereby, shall remain In fui! force and effect.
