Application for rezoning of three residential lots on Marpole
to C-4 from RS-2.,

DESCRIPTION:

Lots 7, 8, and 9, Lot 3, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 1213.
BACKGROUND:

The rezoning is to permit the development of a retail commercial/
office complex on a site of 25,300 square feet on the north side
of Marpole Street. This complex will be a two storey structure
with 19,200 square feet of retail space on the main floor and
8,900 square feet of office space on the second floor. Under-
ground parking for 60 cars is to be provided.

‘RECOMMENDATION:

This rezoning application was dealt with by the Planning and
Zoning Committee on March 29th, 1977 and the Committee recommends
approval of the rezoning and development.
