The City Clerk advised that prior to submission to a Public Hearing
scheduled to be held on October 6th, 1975, By-law No. 1395, proposed to
amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" is
available for initial consideration,

Alderman Traboulay inquired whether or not a public meeting with
the residents concerned, pursuant to the policy guidelines on public
participation recently adopted by Council, to discuss the proposed
project would be held prior to the Public Hearing required by the Municipal
Act and Alderman Thompson advised that such a meeting would be held on
September 25th.

Alderman Ranger introduced a By-law to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918".
