BYLAW NO. 2828
A Bylaw to Amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117,
Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2828".

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A” of "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117" is
amended by inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, "No Parking Anytime” on
the west side of Gately Street from the south entrance to Lot 125, Pl. 63714 to a point 20
meters south of the said entrance.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting
therein, in its correct alphabetical order, “No Parking - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to
Saturday” on the southside of Kelly Avenue from Mary Hill Road to a point approximately
12.5 meters east.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting
therein, in its correct alphabetical order, "No Parking Anytime" on the southside of
Kingsway Avenue for a distance of 6 meters east and 6 meters west of Mary Hill Road;

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting
therein, in its correct alphabetical order, "No Parking Anytime” on the west side of Eastern
Drive from Penny Place to Helen Crescent;

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting
therein, in its correct alphabetical order, "No >wking Anytime” for 5 meters either side of
the entrance for the complex at Parcel 1, Plan s- NW 2980;

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting
therein, in its correct alphabetical order, "No Parking Anytime” on Wilson Avenue for 5
meters on either side of the entrances to the Recreation Centre Lot 124, Plan 64903;

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting
therein, in correct alphabetical order, "15 Minute Parking - Loading and Unloading
Vehicles - On each and Every Day" for a 6 meter length at the front entrance to Lot 1, Plan
01647.

Clause (e) of Section 1 of Schedule "A" is deleted and replaced by:
(e) within 5 m either side of the entrance to or exit from any hotel, theater, public

meeting place, dancehall, industrial area, multi-family dwelling entrance (with more
than 20 units, or playground except where a traffic control device otherwise permits.
