RECOMMENDATION

That His Worship the Mayor and Council be autho ized to approve the placernent of a trailer af
Hyde Creek Centre for a period of one year,

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS

This proposal ig for the placement of a temporaxy trailer from L. Wheeler Recreation
Manager/Deputy Director, trailer would be placed outside Hyde Creek Recreation Centre
on @ temporary basis for approximately one year. It would be used ag office space during the
proposed addition and renovation of Hyde Creek Recreation Cenud and during the interim.

This building will be a leased trailer, 10 feet X 30 fest in dimension and located on the north
side of the recreation center,
