A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 2nd, 1992, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, MJ. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, M.A.
Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Treasurer/Deputy City Administrator J.G. Maitland, and Deputy Engineer J.E Yip, and Director
of Building Permits and Inspections J. Shardlow.

Moved by Councillor Kervluk:
Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting held on October 26th,
1992 be taken as read and adopted.

Carried.

BYLAWS:

Seconded by Councillor Wright:
That the "Revenue Anticipation Borrowing Bylaw, 1992, No. 2730", be reconsidered,
finally passed and adopted.

Carried.

Councillor Thompson introduced a Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies in the Tax
Sale Lands Reserve Fund.

That Bylaw No. 2731 be read a first time.
