(hereinafter called the "Grantee")

OF THE SECOND PART

WHEREAS the Grantor is the owner in fee simple of those certain .
parcels or tracts of land and premises, situate, lying and being
in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of British
Columbia, and being particularly known and described as:

AND WHEREAS to facilitate the construction, improving, extension, .
alteration, repair, maintenance, and operation of dykes and-
related accessories, the Grantor has agreed to permit the
construction by the Grantee of the aforementioned works on. the
said lands, to grant forpthatpurnase the Statutory Right-of-Way _
