heavy outline on 4 plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British
Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 1l2th day of June, 1991;

all in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and
in exchange for that certain parcel or tract of land described in the

preceding Section hereof.

A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2° hereof ia
attached ta this bylaw and made a part hereof.

That portion cf road described in Section 1 hereof is hereby closed and
stopped up to rraffic of all kinda.

Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the
City, shall be established as additions to che roads in the City.

The Mayor and City Clezk of the City are hereby authorized to execute auch
conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the
gaid City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the

Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may he eited for all purposes as the "Ticehurst Lane Road
Exchange Bylaw, 1991, No. 2609".
