That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly deseribed as: Lot 89, District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 33968, New Westminster District; is hereby rezoned from RS~-1 (Large Lot Residential) ta C~2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
