A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly deseribed as:

Lot 89,

District Lot 4,

Township 39,

Plan 33968,

New Westminster District;

is hereby rezoned from RS~-1 (Large Lot Residential) ta C~2 (Neighbourhood
Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No, 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2573".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 4th day of March, 1991,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 4th day of March, 1991,.

Public Hearing held this 25th day of March, 1991,

Location of Property Affected: - see accompanying map.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the development of two retail stores and one apartment on the
property.
