Efficiency.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the offer of Can-Pac Energy Consultants to install an energy
management system in the Port Coquitlam City Hall as outlined in their
presentation dated August 23rd, 1990 for the price of $9,968.75 pilus any
rebate received from B.C. Hydro and Power Authority be accepted;

And That the cost be taken from the Future Capital Reserve.
