Handley Crescent Sewage Pumping Station Project

Recommendations $

That Engineering Department be authorized to complete the preliminary
design and cost estimate for coastructing a gravity sewer from the Handley

Crescent Pump Stacion to che Fremonc Fump Station complete with a Standby
auxillary power Senerator at the Fremont Pump Station.

That the Suppliers and contractors who bid on the Handley Crescent Pump
Station upgrading be notified that the City of Port Coquitlam will be
redesigning the Project, and that the Project will be re-tendered.

Attached are the following documents:

l. Memo from the Deputy Engineer dated July 20, 1990 outlining the

Tender results for the supply of the pump station and storage tank
materials and commenting on project financing.

Letter from Dayton & Knight Ltd. dated August 24, i990 outlining

the Tender results for the installation of the Handley Crescent
Sewage Pump Station.
