THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2418

A Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies
in the “Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds”.

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the
R.S.B.C., 1979, the Council establi

"Municipal Act", being Chapter 290,
shed Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside
in the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port ,
Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, The sums hereinafter Specified are
respective Development Cost Charge Reser
following purposes for the year 1988;

hereby appropriated from the

Sewer Area #1

4,502.66 .
Water Area #5 149,016.75
Water Area #6 27,065.58

2. Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures

: hereby authorized has been made, any umexpended balances shall be
oe returned to the credit of the Specified Reserve Fund.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the
Reserve Funds Expenditure Bylaw, 1989, No. 2418",
