Motor Carrier Commission, for a rate increase.

From M.K. Warwick, Municipal Clerk, District of North Vanccuver, May 18th,
1989 regarding Deep Cove Water Quality.

That City Council request the Provincial Government to designate all open
waters known as “Indian Arm” as areas stipulated in the Federal Act where all
pleasure craft are subject to the rules and regulations under the proposed
Pleasure Craft Sewage Pollution Prevention Regulations;

And that appropriate pumpout facilities be provided.

That City Council convey to the Federal Government its concern in respect
of the announced delay in the letting of the Polar 8 Contract to Versatile
Pacific in North Vancouver;

And that Council urge the Government to proceed with construction 4s
quickly as possible.
