THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUm BYLAW NO. 2307 OCT 5- 1987 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" and to amend the zoning designation of certain property. . The Municipal Counci! of the The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. 36 Section 301 of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" (the "Zoning Bylaw!) is amended by inserting the following short form equivalent and zone designation in the schedule in Section 301, immediately following the short form equivalent and zone designation "RM=-4 Apartment": RRM~5 Downtown Apartment Residential". Section 601 of the Zoning Bylaw is amended by inserting the following line in The table therein, immediately following the line commencing "RM-4" under the heading "Residential": NRM=5 930 mé@ 30 m 18 m 28m" . Part Vill of the Bylaw is amended by adding the following provisions after Section 808, as Section 809; "B09. DOWNTOWN APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL (RM-5) (1) USES PERMITTED: (a) Apartment residential. (b) Boarding: (i) shall be limited to a maximum of four sleeping units per lot; and (ii) shall be completely enclosed within a building used only for residential use. (c) Child Care Services are permitted in apartment facilities designed or adapted for such use in a suite or part of the building on a ground floor location. (2) FLOOR AREA RATIO: (a) Lots of an area of 1,700 m2 (18,299.24 sq. ff.) or less may be developed to a maximum floor area ratio of 1.0. (b) Lots of an area of 4,000 me (43,057.05 sq. ft.) or less and greater than 1,700 m2 (18,299.24 sq. ft.), may be developed to a maximum floor area ratio of 1.6. 12
