A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Ul
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipai Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguittam, jn open

meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which

are more particularly described as:

Lot 18

District Lot 465

Group One

Pian 1189

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned trom RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to RT=-1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. .

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning

Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2218". .
