This tournament is an annual troun..ment which is run
during the Easter week. In the pas’. Council has
permitted them to run the tournament at. 50% of the

ice rental costs except on Easter Monday when they are
charged the full rate. They have also been permitted
to have all the facilities free of charge during this
period of tame. In their. letter they request that
they be permitted to have a recreational vehicle for
their staff in front of the Wilson Centre and the
Committee did not agree with this. However, the
department will be coming up with a more suitable
location for them to park their vehicle. Attached

to this report are the costs of the 1985 Bantam Tourna-
ment and, as you will note, the total cost is $5,968.60
and the amount invoiced is $2,193.90 which leaves a

deficit of $3,774.70.
