A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion

of Road and Lane shown dedicated on Plan 1897 In
Blocks 7 & 8, District. Lot 464, Group One, New
Westminster District, in the City of Port Coqultlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) ef Subsection (1) ef Section 57B of the "Muntelpal
Act", belng Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the
Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any
portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municlpal Council! of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Coquitiam deems It desireble and expedient that certaln portions of highway
hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Couns!! of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Coquitiam, In open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

All those portions of Road and Lane dedicated on Plan 1897 In Blocks 7 and 8,
District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District containing areas of 0.1218
hectares and 0.0369 hectares respectively shown within the heavy outilne on a
Reference Plan certified by Walter &. Frith, British Columbla Land Surveyor,
dated the 24th day of June 1985, a copy of which Is attached hereto,

Is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic, —

This Bylaw may be clted for all purposes as the "Church (Plan 1897) Road Closure
Bylaw, 1985, No. Zill™, .
