Alderman Gates advised that Mr. Dieter Borghardt, 3907 Cedar
Drive, wished to address the Council regarding the condition of
the Cedar Drive ditch. |

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Aiderman Vater:

That Mr. Dieter Borghardt, 3907 Cedar Drive, be permitted to
address Counci | respecting the condition of the Cedar Drive ditch.

Carried.

Mr. Borghardt then’ made a presentation to Counci | respecting
the recent cleaning of the Cedar Drive ditch that had been
undertaken by City crews and its effect upon his property and. at
the instruction of Mayor Traboulay this matter was referred to the
Public Works Committee for consideration.
