From the Leisure Activities Committee, February 15th, 1979 recommending

that no action be taken on the Old Library until Council has made a LAC, Feb.15/79.
re Old Library:

decision on th: proposal made by the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam.

Seconded by Alderman Ranger:

That as recommended by the Leisure Activities Committee, February

i5th, 1979 no action be taken on the Old Library until Council has made
a decision on the proposal made by the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam.
Carried.
Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Mabbett gave

a brief explanation of the Committee's recommendation. Discussion

ensued.

From the Leisure Activities Committee, February 15th, 1979 recommending

that the City go out to tender for the lighting of the George Pearkes re Lighting- |

George Pearkes;

all-weather field and that an agreement be drawn up with the School field H

Board which would include the minimum requirement of usage by the City.

That as recommended by the Leisure Activities Committee, February
15th, 1979 the City go out to tender for the lighting of the George

AND THAT an agreement be drawn up with the School Board which would
