Section 2 ~ Anount to be paid to che Municipality for transmittal to
Granpion Ventures Ltd. in consideration of work done by

that Company for the benefit of the development authorized
pursuant to this Land Use Contract: $42.125.00

The Pollar amounts stated in Section 1 of this Schedule are based
on the City's Prelininary Engineering Design and Preliminary Cost Estimates.
As a resule of Final Engineering Design to be carrted out by the Developer,
quantities, locations, sizes, etc. might vary from those determined from
the preliminary work and the City dees not in any way ensure that actual
increased costs resulting from the Final Approved Engineering Design and
Tender Cali will not occur. Any Increased costs over and above the
stated bonding anount of $94,595.00 shall be the responsibility of the

beveloper.
