DRAFT RESOJ.UTION AUS -6 1973

That the resolution passed by this Council on May 7th, 1973 wherein
the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam were
authorized to petition the Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of

British Columbia in connection with By-law No. 1241 be and the same is hereby

rescinded.
