THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW NO. A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Part I “INTERPRETATION of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" is amended by inserting the following definitions in their correct alphabetical position therein: "CHILD MINDING USE means a use providing for a regulated baby-sitting service where children in the age group from two to six years can be left for up to three hours in a size of group numbering up totwenty children in a facility licensed under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act. FAMILY DAY CARE USE means a use providing for the care of children in the age group from infant to five years old for up to ten hours per day in a group size of from three to five children in a facility licensed under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act. GROUP DAY CARE USE means a use providing for the care of children in the age group from three to five years old for up to ten hours per day in a.group size’ numbering up to twenty-five children in a facility licensed under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act. OUT OF SCHOOL DAY CARE USE means a use providing for the care of children in the age group from either six to eight years or from nine to twelve years for up to ten hours per day in a group size of up to twnety children for the six to eight year group and up to forty children for the nine to twelve year Broup providing care for children in the pre and/or post school hours and/or noon hours and open all day on school holidays; in a facility licensed under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act. PRE SCHOOL USE means a use providing care and an enriching experience for children three to five years of age ina group numbering up to twenty-five children with the three year olds usually attending two sessions a week and the four and five year olds usually attending three sessions per week (each session being of approximately two and ene~half hours' duration) in a facility licensed under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act."
