Solid Waste Recycling Study = con't

(5) The Committee and Sub-Committee agree that the most feasible
and economical means of implementing solid waste recycling in
Port Coquitlam is by separation at source (by the householder).
The Committee and Sub-Committee recommend that a request be
forwarded to the Greater Vancouver Regional District for
financial assistance to establish a Recycling Pilot Project.
