Accuron is the Construction Manager for work proposed for 1943 Broadway Street, and I visited the site Tuesday to assess the of f- site conditions. I noted that the sanitary sewer manhole was located approximately 1.3 metres away from Mr. Rauk's property line, and I can easily believe his fence was damaged. i have since sersonally discussed the matter with the City Engineer, who advises there wili be a cash damage deposit held from the developer as vart of the Servicing Agreement for the subject site. In addition. please accept my assurance that if we damage Mr. Rauk's proverty in «he course of our work te develop the subject site, we undertake to repair it promptiy, and we agree toa a two week limit as a specific condition of the Servicing Agreement.
