WHEREAS the City intends to lease the facility located at 2280 Elgin Avenue;

AND WHEREAS the City will lease the facility at 2280 Elgin effective June 1st, 1994 upon the
terms and conditions of rental as stated in the Schedule "A" attached hereto;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2280 Elgin Avenue)
Authorization Bylaw, 1994, No. 2910".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby leases
from Batty’s Shoe Clinic the lands described in the Schedule "A" attached hereto for the
period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the Lease attached

hereto and marked Schedule "A".

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlarn are hereby
authorized to sign and the said Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the City’s Corporate

Seal thereto.
