That this application be approved to proceed for revoning from RS-1 (Large Let Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Municipality; b) Completion of the Engineering Department requirements’ to the satiofaction of the Municipality; c) Submigsion of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Municipality; d) Completion of the Building Department requirements to the satisfaction of the Municipality; e) Consolidation of the properties into one lot; f) Isavance of a Development Permit; g) Regiatration of a reatrictive covenant to ensure that the landscaped area over the lane right-of-way is maintained by the applicant and/or future owners of the proposed building; 2. ‘hat the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 34/94; 3, That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted ahove.
