APR 26 1993 JUL 12 1993 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlarn, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lots 1,2,3,&4 Block 6 Dastrict Lot 174 & 289 Group One Plan 2080 New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS-1i (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2777". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Sth day of April, 1993.
