342, Group One, Plan 2133, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. and
adjoining roads aud lane shown included within the heavy bold line on a plan

available from the City Clerk's Office being an approximate 12,200 sa.m.

(131,325 sq. ft.) area located on the west side of the 1500 Block Mary Hill

Road. For further details please obtain a bid package from the City Clerk's
Office, Third Floor, 2580 Shaughnesay Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. (Telephone
944-5411).

Bids will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 26th, 1992

opened immediately thereafter.

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam reserves

right to reject any or all bids.
