2HB CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2443 A Bylaw to Amend the "Subdivision Servicing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241" : ¥ | The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. “Subdivision Servicing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241” (the "Bylaw") is amended by adding the following provision aa Section 420 of the , Bylaw: "420 Every Applicant shall, prior to approval of the subdivision plan, pay to the City an administration and inspection fee in the amount of four percent of the estimated cost of © . providing all works and services required by this Bylaw. a ae So Cost estimates shall be acceptable to the Engineer.” 2. Sections 401(b), 415, 517(a), 518 and 520 of the Bylaw are repealed. 3. The Bylaw is amended by adding the following provision as Section ; 510ic). "(c) a conceptual servicing plan prepared by a Professional Engineer indicating that the proposed subdivision shall be ° serviced in accordance with design criteria stipulated in this Bylaw. This requirement may be waived by the Approving Officer for small in-fill subdivisions.” 4, The Bylaw is amended by adding the following provision as Section 510(d): a . "(d) An itemized estimate prepared by a Professional Engineer of the cost of providing all works and services for the | subdivision as required by this Bylaw. This requirement ‘ may be waived by the Approving Officer for small in-fill Ro subdivisions." ; 5. Section 517(c) of the Bylaw is amended by adding the words “and the administration and inspection fee required under Section 420 of this Bylaw” after the words "development cost charges”. 6. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Subdivision Servicing Bylav, 1987, No. 2241, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No, 2443",
