DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT:

From the City Clerk, April 6th, 1988 regarding Development Variance
Permit No. 24/88 for 1385 Yarmouth Street.

No one was present to speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

Moved by Alderman Farnworth:
Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of March 23rd, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit to
relax the setback requirements of the Zoning Bylaw Section 802, RS-2,
Subsections 4 and 6, front and rear yards.

REPORTS:

From the Finance Committee being a Statement of Accounts Payable for the
month of March, 1988 in the total amount of $2,494,481.03

That the report of the Finance Committee for the month of March, 1988
being a Statement of Accounts Payable in the total amount of $2,494,481.03, be
approved. .
